Dusty's Music Dusty Frank is a musician/singer/songwriter originally from New York now living in beautiful Southwest Florida. He was the founding member and leader of two of New York's premier regional bands, Moxie and The Refrigerators. he holds a special place in his heart for those who feel they are
different from the norm of society. Those who are unfairly
disadvantaged, disabled, in pain, wrongfully accused, lonely or just
going through a difficult time in life. Dusty plays a wide variety of songs from several genres including rock & roll, soft rock, folk, and even a bit of country and bluegrass, as well as his own self penned originals. he has a very broad spectrum of material ranging from Peter, Paul & Mary, to Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson, to Neil Young, to The Who and ZZ Top. Dusty prides himself in assessing and feeling out an audience and custom fitting his performance to the type of audience he has at hand.
Dusty Frank is a 100% Live Show
Dusty does not use a sequencer, drum machine, loop pedal, CD player,
computer software or any other type of pre-recorded digital gadgetry. Dusty's high energy show is produced 100% live
via
his own vocals, guitar and harmonica. After all, it's supposed to
be "live music", right?
